We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, The Lash Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse all returns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/refund items if they are defective, damaged, or understocked. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com (attach pictures of damages) and send your item to: P.O. Box 20676 Tallahassee, FL, 32311. Once we confirm that the package has been shipped, we will ship out the replacement item.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email via text or email. This notifies you that your order is processing. Processing typically takes about 1-3 business days. After processing, your order will be shipped. Shipping typically takes about 2-7 business days depending on your preferred method of shipping and your location. International shipping takes about 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

Note: The Lash Pharmacy is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. If you select Priority Insured and your package is lost or stolen, you will have to file a claim with the post office and they will replace any stolen or lost mail up to $50.
For lost or stolen packages that were shipped via First Class Shipping (not covered by insurance), you can elect to have an additional package mailed off to you by clicking here. You'll only be charged for shipping. Please be sure to include your order number in the notes section.
